I rarely ever post in here, considering it's my second LJ account. But things have been going alright - I'm still waiting for that fateful call from Zeena to my mom. And then my mom to the nutritionist.

I totally blew my diet last night - I felt like a tornado sucking up anything I could get my hands on! To punish myself, I did two sets of bent-knee hip raises, each of 100. And the plank a few times. Then I drank a cup of green tea and laced some low-calorie gatorade with fiber.

The only good news lately is my renewing friendship with Jayshree. She heard, online, how I had a bad day Tuesday and gave me a call to talk about it. Her parents are leaving this weekend and she might come stay at my house tonight or tomorrow night. I'm supposed to give her a call sometime today.

I'm doing well on my eating so far this morning.

Egg Whites: 40 calories
Coffee Creamer: 20 calories

If I can keep this up, it might be a good day.

After feeling like a shit last night for eating a 100 calorie Twix bar, I weighed myself this morning.

113.5.

A pound in a day - I didn't believe it. I weighed myself like three times to make sure.
